📣 About this Devlog
This Halloween, we’re doing something a little different!
Instead of our usual development updates, Niko is taking us on a trip through the history of zombie movies, from Hollywood’s flesh-eating monsters to the films that gave zombies a little more personality.
And because we couldn’t resist adding our own twist, we’re also heading to Mexico to explore how classic luchador cinema inspired one of Porto Morto’s most extravagant residents.
📺 What You’ll See in the Video
- How zombie movies evolved from mind-controlled monsters to flesh-eating nightmares
- The films that made us fall in love with misunderstood zombies
- The legendary El Santo and his influence on Mexican monster cinema
- How classic lucha libre inspired Stay Dead’s very own zombie luchador
- A few of Niko’s favorite zombie films (or as many as our editor will allow)
💛 Thanks for Watching
