In this dream world, you’re a zombie! That’s right – your spouse, kids, dog, even your neighbors, all zombies. Green skin, rotting limbs, deadly breath, the works!
Yet, strangely enough, you’ve never been happier. You love your undead life. Heck, You don’t even pay taxes!
But thats all about to change, because a swarm of human-engineered medical robots descends upon your island, offering a “cure” that promises to return you and your family back to a regular human life.
Despite their good intentions, you have no desire to be cured. Instead, you want to STAY DEAD.
Stay Dead is a wacky adventure survival game where you face the challenge to protect your zombie family and community from the menace of the cure and the horrors of going back to a regular human life.
Lead your family in a snake-like formation through chaotic and funny missions to destroy the Cure Bots and reclaim your zombie paradise.
In Stay Dead, your family are your life points, so avoid getting jabbed with the cure at all costs. Missions are inspired by routinary family activities, like a trip to Home Reap-O to buy things for the house, all while surviving the robots trying to cure you.
You can defend your kin by throwing some good punches. Switch characters to use different abilities to overcome challenges. Find collectibles, solve puzzles, and restore your zombie community to its original glory.
Our motivation to create our debut game came from the exciting challenge of expanding our skills as a professional team. In 2023, after years of focusing on marketing and short film projects, we finally embarked on this journey. This challenge allows us to grow and evolve into a more versatile studio with a diverse range of successful IPs.
With Stay Dead, our goal was to craft a captivating and innovative story that resonates with players, emphasizing our values of authenticity and playfulness. Additionally, this action adventure and zombie survival game for PC reflects our commitment to creating engaging and funny video games.
